In the spirit of the vintage WPA travel posters, this art print features a soft pastel painting of a famous tree in Montgomery County, Maryland. For over 300 years, the Linden Oak of Montgomery County, Maryland stood as a sentinel of time. Rooted in the 1700s, it witnessed the birth of the United States and the unfolding of generations beneath its canopy. The tree eventually died and was taken down in 2023. Though it has fallen, its legacy endures as one of the oldest and most storied white oaks in the region.
